Is PCI DSS 2.0 On The Way?

There are rumors of PCI DSS 2.0 under consideration for release in 2010. Anyone have any idea what the impacts of that will be?

According to what we were told at the last PCI Community Meeting, PCI DSS v1.3 was supposed to be released for comment back around the first part of November with implementation in the March 2010 time frame as I recall. As far as I know, it has not yet been released to the QSAs and Participating Organizations for comment. So, it's anyone's guess when it will see the light of day.
