Mastercard TQM Audit

Has anyone gone through Mastercard's TQM audit? Before our company is allowed to embed MC's software in one of our smart card readers, one of the Mastercard's rep is going to audit us.

Anything to watch out for? Please impart your experience with us for "furtherance" of knowledge!

Nobody? I guess I'm not surprised there aren't any postings here as I couldn't find anything at Mastercard's own website about their TQM audit process either.
