Hello and Welcome!
Why a forum?
I would like to welcome you to the PCI Answers Forum. This forum is for QSAs, Merchants, Service Providers, and others interested in PCI to post questions and receive quick answers.
People have been asking for a method of continuing the conversation/training beyond the QSA classroom and this is a place to ask those questions.
What is the benefit?
The benefit is that you know people will answer your questions with correct answers. This forum is staffed by several key members of the payment industry meaning you will get answers straight from the source.
Who can post?
Anyone! You can post anonymously or as yourself. The intent is to get your questions answered by people who have a long history in the industry.
What can I ask?
QSAs ask questions about the requirements, an audit they are working on, or where to access resources.
Merchants and Service Providers ask about their QSAs, vulnerability scanning, how to scope a project, and where to get more information and education.
Media monitor this forum to identify key people to interview and what changes are going on in the industry.
How is this different from other forums?
The difference is that pcianswers.com has several moderators from different part of the globe and different areas of PCI. We have experts in the DSS, PIN program, and an understanding of global payments.
This is the most comprehensive and global collection of answers you will find!
