I'm just full of questions today! :)

What do you y'all think about PC Charge software that is being used? Especially those companies who integrate their software with this POS software?

Just your general perception/concerns about this would be great.

Depends on the level of integration and how the integration was achieved.

However, if the merchant integrates the PC Charge software into their POS solution, then their POS solution is processing, storing or transmitting cardholder data (CHD), so the total solution then needs to be PCI DSS compliant.

As a side comment, I'm hoping that all of the software is PABP compliant as well. And even if the software is all PABP compliant, there may be additional issues outside of the PABP certification related to how the integration was accomplished that may have to be addressed under the PCI DSS.
