Default PCI DSS in Saudia Arabia

Hi,

Saudia is among the very few countries ( in my knowledge the only ) where the Central Bank has mandated member banks to be compliant with PCI DSS requirements and also pushing Banks to ensure mechants compliance programme . Becasue of this , all the banks have started and some are already achieved PCI DSS, becoming the first bank in the region ( Middle East)

Thank you for the information. If you know people who are interested in learning more about Payment-Card Security and PCI please direct them to the Society of Payment Security Professionals. The Society offers two different certifications to educate Banks about payment card security. Check out the CPISM/A.
